Why Lossline exists
The earliest hours after a structure fire are fragmented. Incident details live in one place, the property record in another, owner contacts somewhere else, and the team still has to decide whether the opportunity fits its territory.
Lossline brings that first-response intelligence into one focused workflow. Select the departments you serve, receive qualifying fire alerts, open the live incident record, and search the verified owner only when the opportunity is worth pursuing.
What the product does
Lossline transforms public and third-party incident information into structured records for professional business use. It can show the location, dispatch timeline, responding units, department context, property details, and verified owner contacts when those fields are available.
- Real-time push alerts for selected supported departments
- Interactive incident maps and dispatch records
- Verified property-owner and contact searches
- Saved fire lead organization
- A developer API for platforms and multi-customer routing
What the product does not do
Lossline is not an emergency service, a fire department, a public safety agency, a public-adjusting firm, a restoration contractor, or a guarantee of property damage or business. It does not contact owners on a user's behalf or determine whether a communication is legally permitted.
Incident, property, and contact information may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Professionals must verify material information and follow all licensing, solicitation, privacy, and communications rules that apply to their work.
A product designed around clarity
Lossline is intentionally narrow. The app is designed to make the path from incident to informed next action clear on a phone. The API provides one finalized, signed incident record that platforms can route to their own customer IDs.
Questions about the app, data, account access, or API can be sent to support@lossline.app.
