Lossline is a professional structure fire intelligence platform. It monitors supported fire-department territories selected by a user or API customer, turns qualifying incidents into structured records, and delivers those records through an iPhone app or signed API webhooks.

Lossline Pro users can select up to ten supported fire-department territories. Qualifying structure fire incidents can trigger push notifications and open into an interactive incident record with the mapped location, dispatch timeline, responding units, department context, and latest available source update.
An owner search can add a verified owner name, phone numbers, email, mailing address, and property details when those fields are available. A verified match uses one owner reveal. Under the current product rules, no verified match means no reveal is used.

What the Developer API Provides
The Lossline Developer API is built for platforms that need structured incident delivery across many customers. An organization can watch supported areas directly or associate opaque customer IDs with territory lists. A finalized incident includes every matching customer ID in one signed webhook.
The current API model charges an organization once per unique finalized incident, not once per matching recipient. An incident with no verified owner match costs $0.75. An incident with successful enrichment costs $1.00. Supported areas watched by an API organization are not capped by the app's ten-territory limit.

Important Limitations
Lossline is not an emergency service and is not affiliated with any fire department or public safety agency. Incident, property, contact, and responding-unit information can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate because it depends on public and third-party sources.
A Lossline incident is business intelligence, not proof of property damage, owner interest, insurance coverage, or a signed job. Owner data is not permission to contact a person. Users are responsible for licensing, privacy, solicitation, telemarketing, do-not-call, and professional-conduct requirements.
