Fire lead intelligence for public adjusters

Public adjusters often need to understand a loss before deciding whether outreach is appropriate. Lossline combines the source incident, mapped location, responding units, owner match, and property context so that evaluation can happen from one record.

The app is not a claims-management system and does not represent policyholders. It gives licensed professionals an earlier, clearer view of structure fire activity in the territories they choose.

What public adjusters can review

Each incident is organized around what is known at the time. Dispatch information may evolve, so Lossline shows both the reported time and latest source update. Owner coverage depends on available property and contact records.

  • Structure fire classification and exact mapped location
  • Reported time, latest update, and responding units when available
  • Property-owner name and owner type when verified
  • Phone, email, and mailing address when matched
  • Property value, year built, and sale context when available
  • A saved lead list for incidents that need follow-up

Licensing and outreach remain your responsibility

Public-adjuster licensing, solicitation, disclosure, timing, and communications rules vary by state and circumstance. Lossline does not determine whether outreach is permitted, and owner contact data does not establish consent.

Every user is responsible for the laws and professional rules that apply to their work, including do-not-call, telephone, text-message, email, privacy, and consumer-protection requirements. Lossline should be one input in a compliant business process, not a substitute for legal guidance or professional judgment.

A focused tool that fits your existing workflow

Use Lossline to identify and qualify the incident. Then move appropriate opportunities into the CRM, intake, estimating, or claims platform your firm already uses. Platforms can also integrate the Lossline API to receive finalized incident records and route them to their own customer IDs.

Questions, answered

Frequently asked questions.

Is Lossline only for public adjusters?

No. Lossline is also designed for restoration contractors, mitigation crews, board-up teams, and approved software platforms.

Does Lossline verify that contacting an owner is legally permitted?

No. Users must determine and follow the licensing, solicitation, privacy, telemarketing, and professional rules that apply to each contact.

Does Lossline manage insurance claims?

No. Lossline focuses on incident alerts, owner and property intelligence, and saved leads. It does not adjust, estimate, administer, or manage claims.

What happens when no verified owner is found?

The incident remains available, but no verified contact is shown. Under the current product rules, a reveal is used only when a verified match is returned.
